Catering from Monique Costello
We will enjoy amazing catered food from Chicago-area chef (she's been featured on the Food Network!) and healthy eating guru, Monique Costello of Happy Eats Healthy. Facing chronic pain herself and struggling to find relief, Monqiue used food and nutrition to manage her pain and ease inflammation. As her symptoms relented, she became even more intrigued by the healing power of food, and she pursued her Culinary Nutrition Expert certification. As a health coach and healthy chef, Monqiue offers her clients a dynamic and life-changing combination of lifestyle changes, fabulous food, and empathy, having traveled the road to recovery herself once before.
